How to order
We have made ordering on Chocolatesource as simple as possible for you.
Please follow these steps:

1. Input your selection. Based on this, we will ship your quantities.
2. Fill in the "ship to" information. We need both your address and any gift recipient's.
3. Fill in the Payment information.

How do I use my coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, please select your item(s) and proceed to checkout. Enter your coupon number in the "Coupon Code" field shown in the shipping section.

Can I order gifts for multiple recipients
Yes. Chocolatesource is pleased to offer this capability. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter the number of recipients - just follow the steps from there (you can ship to up to four recipients). For orders to more than four recipients, we suggest that you call us to discuss the recipient list. This is a great way to get all of your shopping done for several people at once.

Sales Tax
Since we are based in Massachusetts and shipping out a food item, there is no sales tax on our products.
Do you have a gift reminder program?
Currently, our site does not offer a gift reminder program. However, we hope to offer this feature in the near future - please check back.

Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is a secure site. Orders placed online using Netscape Navigator (2.0 or higher), Microsoft Internet Explorer (2.0 or higher) or any compatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) browser will automatically be directed into a secure environment which will encrypt the transaction for transmission over the Internet. Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for large orders. Discounts are calculated as follows. We offer quantity discounts to those customers who purchase volume orders:

  $3,000 and over20% Discount

What are my shipping options?
We ship standard, 2nd day and Express (Next Day, including Saturday delivery) throughout the United States and Standard shipping to Canada. Click here to see shipping costs.

What is your return policy?
If you need to return your item due to error, defects, or damage during shipping, or for any other reason, please notify Customer Service within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money. Please email us at customercare@chocolatesource.com or call 1-800-214-4926. Please note that if you request a refund, we will remit the full purchase price of the items you return excluding shipping charges.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you the day we ship your order. Just click on the link in the e-mail and follow the instructions to track your package. Or, you can call us at 1-800-214-4926 and we will be happy to assist you.

Can my order be shipped outside the US, Canada or to a P.O. box?
At this time, we can only ship your product to recipients located within the United States or Canada. We are unable to ship packages to international addresses and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or US Territories with US mail. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Changing or canceling your order
To change or cancel an order, please send an email to customercare@chocolatesource.com or call 1-800-214-4926. We will try to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.

What is your warm weather shipping policy?
Please note that if your destination is over 74 Degrees F (23 Degrees Celsius), we strongly advise that you select our warm weather package. This consists of an insulated container and a reusable frozen gel-pack, which will keep your package cool for up to 48 hours. In extreme hot weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay your shipment. For these warm destinations we suggest that you check off the Gel-pack option on the Shipping page. During the summer months (June, July, August), we ship all of our packages with this proven warm weather package. In addition, during these warmer months we will only ship products Express or 2nd day to ensure your items arrive in the best condition possible.
Are any of your products Kosher?
Selected chocolate items offered on Chocolatesource are Kosher, please refer to item descriptions.

Do any of your chocolates contain nuts?
Some of our chocolates do not contain nuts. However, all of our chocolates are made on the same production line, therefore chocolates not containing nuts may have come into contact with nuts and/or nut oils.

I am a chocoholic -- do you have any chocolate clubs?
There are three different memberships to choose from: Yearly, 3- Month, 6- Month or Seasonal memberships. Each month, a 1 lb. gift-box of delectable Nirvana chocolates will be shipped to your recipient. You can select from our Assorted, All-Milk or All-Dark chocolate varieties, depending on your recipient's preference. Please call 1-800-214-4926 to learn more.

Chocolatesource will handle your corporate gift order from start to finish in minutes. A dedicated sales person will help you decide on the perfect gift and manage your mailing list. Once you choose Chocolatesource.com for your corporate gifts, the rest is easy.

What kind of personalization do you offer?
Chocolatesource can personalize any gift box or basket with a ribbon that has your corporate name and logo.
  • Minimum order is 50 boxes
  • Cost is $50 per order for the ribbon, plus $2.00 per box for fulfillment. We offer most popular ribbon colors.

Do you accept custom orders?
Chocolatesource does accept custom orders, the minimum is 50 favors. If you are looking for a special color or size of box, please call us at (800) 214-4926 to discuss your special wedding favor.

How long will it take to process my order?
Wedding and party favor orders require 10 business days to process. If you need a rush order, please call us before placing the order and we will do our best to help you.
